Our founder, Mary Lynn Eichert, a skilled Nurse Practitioner, transformed this vision into a reality in the heart of Vero Beach, FL.

Originally an artist at heart, she was offered an art scholarship after high school but chose instead to pursue a career in nursing. This decision, while seemingly a divergence from her creative roots, led her to an unexpected intersection of her skills, passions, and desires to help people. While working full time in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) after her graduation in 2004, Mary Lynn also found employment in a med spa in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This sparked her interest in aesthetics, setting the course for the next phase of her career.
Mary Lynn’s dedication to aesthetics grew over the years, and she saw the field as a unique blend of her growing skills, her inherent desire to assist others, and her enduring creativity. After 15 years of commitment, acquiring a masters in nursing, and perfecting her skills, she finally embarked on her own venture, Align Aesthetics & Wellness, together with her medical director.
Mary Lynn’s professional life has been marked by growth, learning, and a constant desire to improve. From starting her aesthetic career 15 years ago in a two-nurse operation, she grew alongside the business, evolving into a leadership role where she trained and mentored other providers. This role was an invaluable experience, giving her the opportunity to learn under well-known trainers in her field while gaining expertise herself through hands-on experience. The decision to step out of her comfort zone after 11 years at the same company was not easy, but it was necessary for her growth.
A testament to her dedication and tenacity, Mary Lynn has forged ahead with her venture, Align Aesthetics & Wellness, applying all her learned wisdom to her own practice. She pours her heart and soul into her work, with an added sense of inspiration from now working for her own business.
Her ultimate goal is to provide her patients with naturally beautiful and maintainable outcomes, preserving their unique features while restoring a more youthful, vibrant appearance.

Heather is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care who recently relocated to Vero Beach from Chicago. With years of experience working in high-pressure hospital settings, Heather has developed a deep passion for patient care and a dedication to helping individuals achieve their best health. Now, as part of the team at Align Aesthetics & Wellness, Heather combines her extensive medical knowledge with her growing interest in the aesthetic and wellness field.
In her part-time role at Align, Heather heads up our IV Lounge, offering hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and other treatments to help clients feel their best. She is also thrilled to be offering weight management options, assisting clients on their journeys to better health and wellness.
Heather’s caring nature and commitment to personalized care make her a true asset to our team. She is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their health goals through a holistic approach to wellness.
